CCM is a contemporary Christian church and is under the denomination of Australian Christian Churches.

Our Story

Centra Care Multicultural Church was birthed by the vision that God had given to Ps. Joshua Chandra on 05/05/05 based on the verse from Maleachi 4:6 He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike.

Centra Care Ministry started as a fellowship with less than 10 people. As the fellowship grew, we formed as a church in 2010 as ethnic Indonesian congregation. We worshipped at UTS, Sydenham, Bexley, Belmore and by the Grace of God we are able to have our permanent place in Padstow.  In 2020, we started the English service and now we have two services in Indonesian and English.

As part of the ministry, we have food care, job care and counselling care to serve the community.

We also planted churches in Darwin led by Ps. Ferry Fangidae and Jakarta led by Ev. Dominggus Kenjam.

Joshua Chandra is a pastor and a counsellor. He graduated from Whitley College in Melbourne earning him a Bachelor of Theology. He moved to Sydney and married with Mieke and is blessed with two beautiful daughters. He then continued his Post Graduate Study in counselling in Wesley College. Through counselling ministry, many people’s lives are restored and saved. He loves composing songs and reading.

Our Pastors

  • Ps. Joshua Chandra & Ps. Mieke Febiany

    Centra Care Ministry - Sydney

    Joshua Chandra is a Senior Pastor and founder of Centra Care Ministry Church. He is also a Counsellor. He studied at Deakin university and  earned him Bachelor of Theology. He then studied at Whitley College in Melbourne and earned him a Bachelor of Theology. He moved to Sydney in 2003 and married with Mieke Febiany and is blessed with two beautiful daughters. 

    He then continued his Post Graduate Study in Counselling  in Wesley College and is completing His Doctoral study in Theologjy with STT- IKAT Jkt. 

    Mieke Febiany is the wife of Pastor Joshua Chandra. She studied at Western University and earned her Bachelor of Art in Linguistic in 2006 and to equip herself for ministry, she studied Diploma of Ministry. She was ordained as pastor in 2023 to assist her husband in ministry.

  • Ps. Fery Fangidae & Ps. Yulie Siahaan

    Centra Care Ministry - Darwin

    Ferry Fangidae came from a family of evangelist. From his youthful life, he loved serving God in youth fellowship in Indonesia. He went to Sydney and met Yulie Siahaan and got married and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter. He studied in Indonesian Mission Institute – Sydney. They came to CCM fellowship and later they moved to Darwin.

  • Ps. Glen Smith (Sydney)

    Glen studied at Southern Cross College, which changed its name halfway through his studies to Alphacrucis University College. Glen attained Certificate IV &  Diploma in Ministry and Chaplaincy.

    He has been working as a Welfare Chaplain and Centre Liaison at Salvation Army for several years now.

    He was ordained as a pastor in 2023, and since then, with his wife Mary, pastoring in CCM Church. 

  • Ps. Peter Lazell (Sydney)

    He is an International Umpire and State Referee in Table Tennis and lev 2 National coach in table tennis

    Studied at Vision College and earned him a  Diploma in Biblical Studies

    Ordained as a pastor and is now pastoring with his wife Radha Lazell at CCM Church since 2023

  • Ev. Heny Brown (Sydney)

    She studied at STJKI Salatiga and earned her Diploma of Theology. She also earned a mission certificate at Universal Harvest Mission.

    She did church planting in Palopo. Toraja. Establishing Leprosy Home Services and  Prison services in Toraja

    She is part of  the Pastoral team as an  evangelist since 2023 with CCM Church. 

  • Assoc. Pastor Sun Ja Kwak, Bth.,MA (Darwin)

    2010-2019 Annual Short-term Missionary work Overseas.2011-2023 Children and Youth Ministry in Sydney.
    2024 - now Associate Pastor in CCM DARWIN

  • PS. Joe Goder (Sydney)

    Joe Goder: born in the Island of Mauritius on 2nd December 1952 -- migrated to Australia, Sydney NSW in 1967.

    Worked in various Government Departments both State and the Commonwealth, as a Record Clerk & Property Manager 1971- 1985

    Born Again in 1971, attended the Four Square Gospel Church (founder Aimee Simple Mc Pherson)

    Attended Vision College of Ministry 1985/86, 2 years Full time

    Also, as a bible student in Vision Ministry u der Rev. Harry Westcott and served in Dr T L Osborne during his crusades both in Sydney & Melbourne.

    And also 1985/86 during Dr Richard Roberts crusades both Sydney & Melbourne, I served and did more Bible studies, 2 years Part Time

    In 1987/88 Attended to more Bible study at Daystar Family Church and served as an usher, greeter, children's church Pastor & Teacher, connect group leader, Assistant Pastor, 2 years Full time

    Also did some Bible from World Harvest Bible College with Dr Lester Sumrall and Mark Barcley, while travelling as an itinerary minister, 2 years Part Time

    1989- 1996 the Senior Pastor Dayspring Family Church in Adelaide South Australia, then following God's call to nations of the world as an itinerary minister and missionary to Indonesia, Mauritius, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Reunion Island, Rodrigues Island, India, Thailand, Philippines, Solomon Island, mostly the Philippines 🇵🇭

    1990- 1995 Bible studies correspondents with Rhema Bible College with Dr Kenneth E Hagin, Teaching of Faith, 2 years Part Time

    1991 Bethel Christian Church, Riverside California USA Dr. Ron Halverson intensive study on Church Governance

    2016/17 Alphacrucricis Bible College while at Awesome Church, 2 years Full Time

    PS Joe has spoken in conferences, seminars, Bible College graduations, jail ministry, open air meeting, wedding, baby dedication, water baptism, funerals, youth conference, pastors/leaders meetings, the works of the Gospel of Jesus Christ up till now,
